This company deserves demerit points instead. Had an extremely life-threateningly bad experience with one of their heavy-vehicle drivers with reckless driving skills & zero road safety mindfulness. It was Xmas Eve 2020 & I was driving along Tampines Link opposite the Golden Pagoda Temple when one of their drivers just suddenly reversed from the side road onto the main road without another worker directing the traffic or the driver putting up any safety cones. As it was a one-way lane, their vehicle almost crashed into my car when it reversed as I was driving past it. I had to swerve to the opposite lane in that split second & luckily no oncoming cars was in that lane yet!! It was such a nerve-wrecking incident that I had to stop my vehicle at the side road & talked to this errant driver. Imagine he almost crashed my car yet he denied he was reversing onto the main road!! He was not even apologetic initially & said he didnt drive his vehicle out until I questioned him again. Then he just apologised reluctantly. I had sent in an email to their company 3 weeks ago regarding this matter. Till today, I had NOT heard any RESPONSE from their company! To think one of their drivers could have caused a serious road accident & possibly fatal injury to me, my other family member & other road users! Such an irresponsible company!
