Worst food chain in Singapore.. we almost tried all restaurants and cuisines in Singapore. This is the worst place ever! It used to be good. But they have changed the recipe and chef in the HarbourFront branch. But, I bet no human can eat the chicken raw.. the chicken here was not even half cooked and when I asked the in charge person in this restaurant, they simply said we cannot be responsible for that, as we change chefs and recipes very often! We felt so bad about our day just because we went to this restaurant!! I would not recommend (instead, suggest not to go here) this place for anyone who want to have good food!

1 year ago reviewed on the dessert, have had the beef noodle soup b4, and today during lunchtime, decided to have the beef noodle after a while but quality has dropped. Soup is not as flavorful and meat feels rougher beef cube was tasteless. Beef balls oos. Unfortunately will not be back for a while unless the mood arrives. Today reviewing on their desserts as we decided to have light meal for dinner. Shibuya chocolate goodies toast and Milo golden toast. Both are not overly too sweet for a sweet tooth eater. Good to eat both freshly made. Fave payment is used with 5% cashback for your next visit. There are some e-deals on Fave, Shopee, Lazada & Shopback with savings.

The service is very poor I was told only 2 items available Then no recommendation or no offering was made on what’s available Then I asked for desserts like mango sticky rice Straight answer not available No offering was given on what’s available So sad to see the loss to the business when employees are not happy serving customers

Tried their Seafood Yammama, Thai milk tea and petite chocolate shibuya toast. All so good. Excellent dishes. Nice service, too.

Have been here a few times and the general feeling is they are a little short-staffed, so sometimes it takes a while for tables to be cleared and the wipe down is also a little harried. Food wise the crispy toast is awesome, like the taro dip that goes with it. Noodles are so-so, their affogato is not bad as a dessert, especially with the coconut ice cream and the coffee is strong.

The place that I have never miss everytime i visit Harbourfront. Based on my tongue, the best Tom Yum and green milk tea with very humble price ;) YOU MUST GO AND TRY..It's Halal certified!

Sean, a female staff gave good menu recommendations as it was my first visit at this branch. Not only was she patient and cheery, the items (for example, pandan dip with toast) she recommended were truly delicious. Overall great customer service and a pleasant lady. Thank you!

Amazing food and good service. Everything was cooked very well. The beef boat noodles were very good. Definitely recommend to try shibuya aloha coconut toast (picture).
