★ ★ ★ ★ ★ call in head office to order. a lady answer and i told her my customer ID , immediately, she said loudly "what lau, you talk properly next time, i cannot understand the ID".
She ever said that the boss can accept sales talk to customer "what Lau".
Why company create customer id and the sales dont understand the id.
So sad and disappointed that had been ordered from them almost 20 years, and the sales treat customer in this way.
