Hidden cost in the website, additional installation cost is not reflected for TV Stand Assembly. Similar to buying furniture, installation should be part of the cost of buying a furniture. Had cancelled the order.

Bought a M520 wall mount from them, advertised for 2-12kg, up to 35" monitor. After installation, the wall mount could not hold up my Mi 34" Curved monitor, which was about 8kg, so I cannot be blamed for mounting a monitor that is out of spec. As shown in the pics, the tilt axis is only tightened by a low quality allen-key bolt. It was not possible to tighten it sufficiently to hold the monitor weight, as the allen-key head started to strip away very easily. Customer service by TVMountSG was easy, fast and courteous. They offered an immediate refund, but required me to return the product to their warehouse myself. This meant that I would pay installation/uninstallation plus transportation charges and I still end up with no solution for my monitor, and 3 holes in my wall. I decided not to take the refund, so I had to find my own solution as TVMountSG was unable to help further. I changed the low quality allen key bolt to a brass hex-head bolt, with some help from a hardware store. This mod enabled me to tighten the joint much better using a spanner. So far so good, 5 days later the mount still holds up my monitor without drooping down. Conclusion: TVMountSG is a reliable middle-man for purchasing products at good price. Quality of product is a little disappointing, but you can still save it with a little DIY. Transaction was via Carousell, but was unable to leave a review there, as the ad was deleted after I contacted them abt the problem. Edit: originally left a 3 star review, removed 1 more star because the vendor still tries to push the blame on to me by saying my monitor is too heavy. I actually have no issues with their customer service until this comment.
