★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shared amenities (nice pool and children’s pool), great staff and responsive management office. Building itself is ok. Small rooms and base materials are a bit budget so unless you live in an upgraded or renovated unit, not so nice. Very convenient location though, close to all thing Tiong Bahru (coffee shops, MRT, wet market).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo, but be aware of a landlord from unit 26. He will request you to return the unit in excellent condition as of the first day. Prepare yourself to take photos and note every single detail of the unit the day you move in so not to regret later.
