Facilities are neat, clean and well maintained. My kid looks forward to going to infant care and I have seen a remarkable difference in his personality since he started attending. There are weekly updates in their mobile app keeping us informed on different social and developmental activities that the infants experienced that week, so we could replicate and reinforce the same words or songs from home too.

I have both my boys enrolled in this school. My eldest Has been with them for 4 years. The teachers are very caring and patient. My boys adore them. There are weekly activity updates and monthly newsletters sent to us so parents know exactly what the kids are learning in school.

A lovely, clean and bright environment for children. Compound is spacious enough for the school strength, with an outdoor area for children to do water play and outdoor activities. Staff and teachers genuinely care for the children. Curriculum is well balanced with extra drama and music/art classes in the afternoon so that the children remain engaged. My child enjoys her time in school since day one!

Very clean and well maintained facilities, and a conducive environment for the children. My son loves the classes and the teachers. The teachers have genuine interests in engaging and teaching the children such that bonds are formed with each child. All in all, it's a very good school that as parents, we feel safe and assured to have our child attend this school while we are at work.

My son enjoyed being in the infant group every day. He always comes home with a big smile. The infant group provides a good program that benefits my son's learning. The teachers are friendly and supportive of my son's growth. I enjoyed dressing my son for any special celebrations in school. It helps me to create memories with him.

Our son has been with the centre for almost 2 years plus, since he was 4 months old. We like the school because of the learning environment and open communication with the principal and teachers. I remembered there was a period when my boy was making the transition from infant care to PG, he cried alot and was fearful of the new class settings and teachers. The infant care teachers have discussed the matter with the principal, understands our concern and made some exceptional arrangement for teachers to receive him at entrance, so that he would feel more calm and given the emotional support upon seeing the familiar faces. Thank you for working out this arrangement. We really appreciate it very much! After a few weeks, he got better and was able to express himself more. Perhaps now the whole childcare already knows him well when he cried while entering to the school most of the time. There was also another episode where his socks were missing during his outdoor play. I texted his form teacher after school operating hrs and I was not aware she was on leave. Without hesitation, she went extra mile to search for the pair of socks and on the same evening, she informed me that it was found! Also, to the school admin staff, who's very approachable and friendly always . It's always the little things, those little gestures that matter the most. We enrolled our son into Twinklekidz playhouse’s full day infant care which provides awesome programs, and strategic location at Toa Payoh. We feel the utmost confidence when dropping off our son knowing that our son is in a secure and comfortable environment. We really appreciate the commitment of the teachers in supporting our son’s development. Also, they have an open communication policy where we can discuss our child’s development and needs at the centre at any time. We highly recommend Twinklekidz playhouse because not only are the teachers caring and proficient, but the management team is likewise considerate and respectful to our needs. We transferred our son from another school and joined Twinklekidz playhouse and we are glad to have made the move. The principal and director shared with us in detail about the vision of the school and is sincere in bringing out the best in every child. With the patience guidance from the teachers, my son has shown tremendous improvement. The school has an app that makes communication with parents convenient and effective.
