★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the company behind Journey, a popular journaling app that I actually like. Unfortunately, the company is run by scammers who claim one-time purchases are subscriptions and then just charge your card without warning.
Upon contacting the company on the day my "subscription" renewed and pointing out that I already spent $50 on two one-time licenses and never intended to sign up for a subscription and was never informed as such, I was met with major hostility and an absolute refusal to even consider reaching an amicable solution.
THIS IS A COMPANY RUN BY SCAMMERS.
