Journey is a wonderful diary app! Love that i can log in and write on my phone or computer and it all syncs together

Ordered their app by mistake on December 5th and requested a refund IMMEDIATELY after purchase. CEO Jeromy replied within minutes and asked me to revise my public review on Play Store first so they can process my request. I did so. I also filled out several refund forms and sent several emails but is has been over a month (January 12th today) and I received not a single word from this company. All my forms and emails ended up unanswered. Cassandra and Jeromy completely stopped communicating with me. I would say the company that asks you to edit/delete your review in order to be willing to refund you and then cut all communication with you is not a honest company.

The Journey app is really handy, especially when I want to store some study notes. I primarily use the Journey app for photos, notes and well chapter gist from the novels I read, and Google keep to store various links like top song playlists and all. The journey app is really easy to handle both on website and on android handset. I don't know what this app does but it really makes me feel at home. That kind of feeling. The extra options like mood, location, your body movement and well, all the other options regarding sharing and publishing or printing, along with the extensive WordPad like editing experience in this app is simply amazing and it really forced me to shift from Google Keep to Journey, mainly because it makes me feel as if this app is specifically made for me, even though it is not. The fast syncing is also amazing. Within 5 seconds, the notes are from my laptop screen on to my mobile screen. The light and dark mode along with the facility to change colors of the whole app is also amazing. The addons are also helpful but I don't use them much but I should because they are really good. The security feature also works really well. If you visited this webpage to get to know about the company, sorry to disappoint you. I am merely a customer who liked their product to the degree of writing on their maps address review.

Don't buy journey app. You will automatically get subscribed to annual plan that you are not even aware of. A year later you will be surprised by charges you can't stop without filing a complaint to your credit card company. Canceling subscription is impossible on their website and their support is just there to drive you in circles until you give up and accept a lifetime fools tax. That's their business model apparently.
