โ โ โ โ โ Affordable Zichar place located in Sin Ming. Despite being in a coffeeshop but the quality of food is comparable to restaurants standard. Must try the butter pork ribs ?

โ โ โ โ โ Food was decent but average at best. I went to the commonwealth branch many years ago and was blown away by the food, so maybe my expectations were pretty high. Food was served warm and not freshly cooked, cockles were not available and all other dishes were just average. The San lao hor fun was soggy and disappointing.
The milk powder pork ribs still unique and delicious but could have been cooked fresh and hot, it was lukewarm

โ โ โ โ โ 2 of us went for lunch on Thurs. Server highly recommended "fish tail" pot at $28. Also ordered their "signature" Butter ribs ๅฅถๆฒนๆ้ชจ. The pot was 70% filled w thick tasteless gooey brown sauce and the fish was not fresh. There were small pieces of cabbage, carrots & mushroom floating in the pot. The ๅฅถๆฒนๆ้ชจ is more like ๅฅถ็ฒๆ้ชจ. Big scoops of milk powder was strewn over oil soaked soggy pork. The milk powder was so overpowering that we did not take a 2nd helping. Should have known better judging from the deserted look! Saw a couple of one meal takeaways tho.

โ โ โ โ โ 23 Feb 2022: Clean, spacious, non-aircon place but well ventilated. We ordered san lau hor fun, coffee pork ribs and stirred fried yamโฆ...enjoyed our lunch and the prices are reasonable too.

โ โ โ โ โ Have always been visiting the one at Commonwealth all these while as it is nearer to my place. 1st time at Sin Ming branch and it did not dissapoint at all. Menu is the same but food taste as good. Nice place as it is just below the MSCP, no worries about rain or shine. Will visit again if I am around that area.

โ โ โ โ โ Standard dropped. Used to be fast and good. Omelette oily and bland now. Butter milk pork used to be tender and juicy, it was dry and really tough. Hor fun good wok hei, fish very fresh. Overall, wasn't as good as before. Abit disappointed. Cash payment.

โ โ โ โ โ All the 7 dishes ordered taste was up to expectations and taste better than most other zi char stall, find this outlet better than the one at commonwealth. We went at about 6pm for early dinner, although the place was quite pack around that timing, food was still serve fast and hot, a must try if you are around that area.
