โ โ โ โ โ I don't think I will return to this typo ever .... I don't recommend you to. When I first walked into the shop, the sales lady was not even busy, she was sitting at the counter and using her handphone. I had a very unpleasant experience at typo today, where I wanted to buy this notebook which I had seen before and took a picture. I searched for the book for a while before asking the female staff at typo if the notebook, (by showing her a picture) was available. She then told me if the notebook was not there at the display area then it was not available. I was quite disappointed but I went back to the notebook shelve, in which I continued to search for the notebook, when the female staff came to the where I was. At first, I thought she was helping me look for the notebook but instead she begun tidying the shelve, I immediately felt bad for her and begin to try to tidy the few notebooks which I caused to be unaligned. She then told me something along the lines very rudely that I should stop searching (and heavily implied :messing up her shelve) since I could not find the notebook. I find that her statement is extremely unreasonable because I am a customer , am I not allowed to view and look at the notebooks before choosing them, and even if I do make a big mess of the notebooks (which I don't think I did), as a sales assistant, does her job not require her to arrange the notebooks? The most unreasonable part of my experience was that when shortly after she told me to stop searching the notebook shelve, I purchased the product but she was still very rude to me. Instead of passing me the receipt, she slammed it on the table. Her actions are extremely unreasonable and I hope no one else would go through what I went through. She should serve her customers properly especially since she was not particularly busy. Her attitude is extremely rude so I would not go to this typo again. I understand that I was slightly annoying when I asked questions of the availability of the notebook but is it not her job to answer the questions and not give her customers an unpleasant experience and never want to go back to Typo? I don't think I am the unreasonable one here.
