Don't ever visit and patronize this shop. The owners Meina and Geraldine are both good liars and very dishonest. They cheated me by over-charging and delivered low quality prescription lenses. They changed their contact numbers and couldn't be located in person.

I was referred to U & Eyes Pte Ltd last year. Due to my short-sightedness and astigmatism, I have consulted many optometrists and visited various optical stores since young. Meina has thus far exceeded my expectations as an optometrist with her knowledge and experiences that surpasses many in this field. U & Eyes provides a wide array of glasses and because Meina does not compromise on the quality of the lenses, some of these lenses have even flown in from Germany. Having worn many different pairs of glasses since young, I could tell that hers was the real deal and it felt so comfortable wearing the glasses which her shop has made. Meina’s knowledge in this field and her utmost professionalism encouraged me to give it a shot by making my first pair of glasses with U & Eyes. However, it is her character as a person which fuelled my respect for her as an individual. Meina is extremely meticulous with her assessment and does not intentionally introduce glasses or lenses beyond what a customer can afford. She is honest and transparent about the prices she quotes, and should you ask her for more information about the glasses or lenses, Meina will patiently provide an in-depth explanation. She goes out and above for her customers, and there are many occasions when she personally delivers the glasses to her customers even after working hours. Meina is contactable 24/7, and this is one trait of hers which I appreciate the most. She replies almost immediately, otherwise if she is busy, I will certainly receive her replies within the day. Never once has she not responded to any of my texts or calls. There will always be naysayers to everything good that a person has done for others. If you are reading these reviews at this moment, I will encourage you to have a little faith and give U & Eyes a try. I believe you will agree with our positive experiences and be amazed at how genuine Meina is.

Myself and my family had been purchasing optical products from Meina for many years now (since Stamford Road days) and will continue to do so. Her services had always been professional with a personal touch. Always focusing on the client comfort as a priority yet frank when providing recommendations. U & Eyes is certainly not a fly-by-night operation and substantial efforts had been put in to build up her shop reputation. No legitimate business would want to risk their reputation to offend/scam one single customer. It should be due to some misunderstandings and should be settled amicably between both parties.

I am surprised to see such harsh personal attrack and comments by Eric Kwek on U & Eyes Pte Ltd. I have been engaging U & Eyes services since 2013. I must say the owner of the shop, Meina, is a very nice and understanding person. I have witnessed her delivering glasses personally to customers who has busy schedule. Thumbs up  to her tip-top service. I must say Meina always carefully assessed, examined and explained to all her customers on the condition of their eyes. She always put their needs above all. There were times she would help their to reduce cost by replacing their old frame with new lenses. U & Eyes' shop carry a wide range of frames, mainly to suit Asian's nose bridge. In this shop, I have no problem getting the most fashionable and comfortable frame. There isn't a time, she will disappoint me with her taste on the latest fashion in the market. I love all her spectacle frames! I would appreciate people to respect Meina's professional service and appreciate her skill set to do her best for all her customers. I will referrals more customers to her because she always contactable, and replied my messages anytime round the clock by all means.
