★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating experience in this shop: I bought 2 identical sets of high quality earphones at 170+160, total 370 sgd, last july-18
After having several issues with both sets I came back to this shop to make a guarantee claim with no success: the tenant/owner refused to accept any claim and advised to me to forward my claim to the manufacturer.
He claimed not to be responsible and said he didn’t know nothing about guarantee….but he had collected 370 sgd from me…for this yes, he was happy to collect.
He behaved in a very rude and impolite manner, not at all professional and far from what you expect after having spent 370 sing
Dear readers, be advised about the moral value of this individual before putting your money on his counter
