When we changed the cupboards in one of our rooms, the smell was horrible, and my wife felt a lot of discomfort such as nauseous and stinging eye sensation. This prompted me to call up UC Fresh Air after seeing positive reviews on this company. Customer service was knowledgeable, and they asked relevant questions to understand the situation. This was followed by a prompt air testing of my room by Jasper on the next day who used a certified testing machine to do so. The results confirmed my fear. Formaldehyde level was several times higher than the permissible level. As a result, we decide to clean the room asap and Jasper was able to accommodate to our request to do so asap due to the severity of the situation. I would say the service was very professional and Jasper came to supervise the cleaning. He also explained the process to us patiently as we are not familiar with such services. After cleaning, a post testing of the air was done, and the readings showed that the air was significantly cleaner and safer. This gave us a peace of mind. I was also pleasantly surprised when he mentioned their product was used in Disneyland (Japan) and several bank facilities in Singapore. Highly recommend UC Fresh Air. We just moved into a new house and there was a strong smell. We searched online and learnt about formaldehyde and VOC that is present in new furniture and especially after renovation. We contacted Jerry, who did an air test. We found the levels to be above acceptable levels. He shared with us about formaldehyde in a professional manner and did not hard sell us. After the service, the levels in all the rooms, except one, was brought down to an acceptable range. Jerry immediately helped us to redo the room without any hesitation. Jerry is a super nice, responsible and patient guy, who is passionate about helping others. The team is very professional too. Their after sales service is awesome and shows that they truly care for your health. I would highly recommend their team to anyone who wants a peace of mind and a healthier living environment.

UC Fresh Air has a very professional team, the treatment did help to reduce the strong smell to an acceptable level and bring down the formaldehyde reading to meet the WHO standard. A very good experience with UC!

Overall very good experience. Since my wife is pregnant, my mother in law and my wife were really concern about Formaldehyde pollution. but I don't know anything about it, the sales explain and answered all my questions with patience. I did some research on their product and I decide to engage them for the treatment. the service work were meticulous and seriously done, even all the hidden corners that we will not be noticed are treated. We can feel that the result is significant but we still engaged them for a post-treatment air quality testing in order for my family to move in with peace of mind. Recommended to my friend as well.

Highly recommend UC Fresh Air! Really great customer service and they will not sell you products that you don't need as compared to other commercial brands. They use quality materials that are imported from Japan directly, even their Japan side partner is really helpful and caring. My boyfriend is Japanese so he called their Japan partner to inquire about the product used, and they explained to us in so detail. My house has high formaldehyde issues but Jerry from UC Fresh Air was able to solve it for me and their Japanese partner even follow up to check on our health. Really worth the money spent!

Chose UC after looking online. I want to commend Jasper, whose customer service was absolutely fantastic. Ours was an especially difficult formaldehyde problem, but he kept returning to help us try to resolve the issue. While we still have some difficulties, with his help we have managed to bring down the ppm from north of 3ppm to 0.34ppm. So well done to Jasper and team, and well done to UC for having such a first rate person like Jasper on the job!

We had great experience with this team and their service. Jasper the business development guy is responsive and friendly, and Jerry the boss who is hands-on leading and doing the treatment has the clients' safety in his heart. He's tried different products and I can see that he is passionate about finding the best products and solutions to help improving the interior air quality. They are professional, with willingness to listen and address our queries and concerns. Upon renovation of our flat, we have quite a lot of cabinets and formaldehyde contents were very high that gave us headache. I have done quite a bit of search about the current progress in tackling this problem, and comparing different technologies. We engaged their services and the effects are obvious. We have lived here for the past 5 months after the treatment and very happy with the results. Now thinking back about our experience, I would suggest engaging them earlier in the renovation, to have them do the main treatment after the cabinets and wall/ceiling painting are done before handover from the contractor, and another one after the major new furnishings have arrived, if curtains, sofa, beds and tables were newly purchased as in our case. The extra time between the treatment and moving in would allow the cabinet drawers be taken out and have all the treated surfaces exposed to light for a few days without inconvenience.

UC Fresh Air let me understand what a professional team should be like! Not only did they use quality and safe products to treat formaldehyde, but their service and after-service were also the best I have seen so far! Jasper, the business development manager, was responsible for all the explanation, problem-solving, and fieldwork. He was very responsive and friendly and knew his stuff about volatile organic compounds. First, Jasper came to our house to do a free inspection on how seriously polluted was our furniture with formaldehyde using his high-tech detector. After confirming the formaldehyde presence, he booked a time with us to bring his team to treat the pollution. They did a thorough job, spraying every corner and every side of all furniture thoroughly three times. Jasper then patiently explained to us what to do after treatment. After a few days, Jasper contacted me to follow up on our case. Unfortunately, our house was seriously polluted, and the situation did not improve much. At this stage, some companies would probably leave the problem to customers, but not UC Fresh Air! Jasper brought his team to our house to treat the furniture two more times (they did the treatment two more times because the situation still did not improve much after the second round of treatment). Before the third round of treatment, Jasper even consulted with PIAJ (the company in Japan selling the products) to seek a solution for our problem. In the end, PIAJ suggested he treat our house with a more concentrated product. After the third treatment, the formaldehyde level in our home drastically reduced! Hooray! We are grateful for what UC Fresh Air has done for us. Not only are they expertized, but they also put their best efforts into resolving clients’ concerns. We recommend UC Fresh Air to anyone with a formaldehyde pollution issue at home.
