Udders (Beach Rd) - 345 Beach Rd

I’m a Regular customer of udders but I must say this is the worst branch. Girl at the counter was extremely impatient to customers. Monday (24th Jan) evening, no crowd yet service was so terrible. Avoid!

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and chill. Amazing ice creams and their variety of selection.

Visited the branch on a weekday afternoon. There were only few customers in the cafe but plenty of uncleared tables. Waited for awhile to be served as the male server was preparing waffles for another customer. No Hi, no welcome. The first thing he said to me was “yes?” When he was done with the ordering he was preparing when I entered the cafe. Ordered one scoop in the end. The ice cream display was quite disappointing. Few favours on display were almost emptied and no replenishment. And ice cream tasted a bit icy, probably was slightly melted and freeze back. Definitely have to do with the temperature of the ice cream. While I was hiding in the cafe from the sun, having my ice cream, I noticed the male server was seated playing game instead of clearing tables. He is probably not interested to work, I’m sorry I have to say that. Definitely not what I expect from udders and will definitely not visit again.

Delicious ice-cream flavours and a friendly crew. The waffles are also fantastically crispy fluffy. Unfortunately no free tap water; you'll have to buy stupid expensive bottled water. Small indoor air-con seating area, with somewhat more seats outside if you can brave the heat and humidity. Restroom available.

Ice cream was nice but if you are picking the *contains alcohol* ones, they are really strong (in terms of alcohol taste).. otherwise chocolate ice cream was really gooooddd!pistachio was also my favourite. Personally like the mochi waffles if you like something chewvy..

Interesting local ice cream flavours. Waffles were satisfactory, but would not return for them unless for the rainy day promotion.

Came on a rainy day where this is no customers. Good thing is there is a promotion on rainy day which we took opportunity of. The waffles is one of the best. Ice cream favours are exotic. Air con super cold on rainy day.

surprisingly i never knew such good ice cream exists in Singapore. when it rains, go inside and order S$1 waffle. rum rum raisin and baileys & bourbon are my favorites.
