★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an office building. Taxi and car pick-up and drop off is at the back of the building. Alternatively, you can stop at the taxi stand at the SGX building or OUE Downtown and walk over by the connecting bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ swanky building that I call my office....... its a great office building, i gotta say. Surrounding with plenty of cheap CBD food options, has a great view of the sea, if we even take a minute to pause and appreciate it, toilets are really cool and always clean, security is friendly and helpful.

One small problem: toilet locks are of a bad design, will come loose and unlock by itself when someone in a neighboring cubicle closes their door!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as office buildings go, it's okay. But as of now, it's not so convenient to get to. MRTs require walking uncovered walkways; taxi requires either booking (and drivers mostly not knowing that the drop off is behind the building, or how to get to it) or crossing Shenton Way and using the taxi stands on the other side of the road.
There's a lot of construction going on right next door, this might mean in the future this building is very easy to get to, but right now, it's not.
The building itself is new and fairly decent. The views are great. It's never too crowded. As a place to work, it is perfectly fine and enjoyable. But we'll have to wait for all the construction around it to be finished before it can show off its full Potential.
