★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Yoga class. I signed up for 10 sessions. The trainer Anuraja was very patient and professional in her ways. I enjoyed going for my yoga classes although I had knee ligament issue. This does not affect the quality of my yoga moves as Anu will find alternatives pose so as not to aggravate my knee situation. Excellent service and worth the time and money.

Coach Anu is an experienced kettlebell coach & trainer. She teaches yoga too. Do check this place out for your fitness needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Anu is very patient, down to earth, friendly and the most knowledgeable in the kettlebell sport. Very observant of execution and always providing constructive feedback on how to improve your techniques etc. She can be both a cheerleader and a spartan trainer! She never cut corners for anyone during trainings and always go back home with a good sweat or sore in the body ? She has helped me tremendous in getting me back on my feet in the kb scene. I love the positive vibe of her classes as well. I enjoy her trainings~

Anu helped me to look at exercising in a different perspective and allowed me to set realistic goals that I can succeed at. The support from UF is amazing and it’s always great to train with the team there ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fitness journey started in 2020, the same year i picked up kettlebell. Coach Anu had been monumental in my journey towards losing weight for a better health. Coach Anu was my personal trainer for 2 solid years - focussing on mobility and strength training. Her training sessions are well planned and very focussed. Her kettlebell sessions were amazing with her imparting all the proper techniques. If you are looking for a Coach who is interested to help you be on track to a healthier you then Coach Anu of Ultimate Fitness is my recommendation.
