★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad. Went to this shop to do printing. The shop owner does not know how to operate the printer and told me it's self-service. Printed a sample to see if it's alright before i proceed to print the rest of my items. Apparently, sample is correct. However, with the same settings (did not click on others), the rest of the print out turn to be in the wrong position. The shop owner told me can't pause/stop and i have to pay for the wrong prints. I felt scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so i went to uncle yap to print something,when i went to the shop the shopkeeper said self service.i needed 9 pages however 81 pages came out at the end. During the process of the printing i tried to stop the printing however the shopkeeper said couldn't be stopped and if tried to stop it he could charge me more. instead of paying $4.60 i payed $33.60. day light robbery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandered there by chance while looking for an electrical shop to buy an extension socket.
At first glance it seemed like a random mini mart (or mama shop) that sold basic necessities or groceries. But to my amazement, this mart held so much! Prices were good and could even compete to online shopping prices for electrical stuff.
What I loved the most about this place?
It felt so homely. Customers walking in and out were mostly regulars that came in with huge grins and such positive vibes.
Uncle Yap caught me staring at the electrical section and offered his help. It ended up with demos on how the lights or electricals looked like! He was approachable and knowledgeable, nuff' said!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Printed a Document of a Waybill that is in BLACK AND WHITE, the Document came out in weird shades of grey which Store attendent claims its COLOURED and she verified this with the Ladyboss beside her. Showed her the Softcopy Document that is black and white yet she insisted that the printed copy is considered colour!!! lol
The Copy we printed is only 1/3 of the page and they insisted on charging the Coloured printing charges. They made no efforts to help us during the printing process and blamed everything on us saying its "printed" and to pay up the coloured cost.We paid in the end and will be boycotting the shop for sure after MANY years of support.
Although its a small purchase, the Store attendent and Boss attitude shows it all.
