Sandy, Reminder 71. Could you advise us on the status of balance payment of SGD 2434.25 ?

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Sandy. Cabinet doors fell off the hinges twice and second time she refused to even acknowledge the urgency of the matter, the door literally fell off the cabinet and hit me in the head, sandy says it’s not urgent and refused to come fix the appalling work. I understand that it is holiday season, but her attitude is completely unacceptable, and she even refused to believe that the hinges are coming off. I had to send her videos and she still claims it’s not possible!! She behaved all accommodating and eager when we first met her, but once we paid her, she completely flipped and her attitude changed We are now paying another contractor to fix her work. There is an absolute lack of any ownership from this contractor and you can expect substandard work, avoid at all cost Edit: addendum to comment on the owners post, note you have come back only ONE time to provide after sales service and not two times as you have mentioned. This was again for the fact that cabinet door fell off its hinge, basically poor quality of work. I appreciate your comment about the holiday season manpower crunch, however sandy’s handling and basically belittling our request to fix was uncalled for and just plain unprofessional. And let’s be clear, yes it’s not new kitchen cabinet and you only changed the cabinet doors but NOT ONCE WAS IT EXPLAINED THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS SOOOOO POOR THAT THE CABINET DOORS WILL FALL OFF ONCE A MONTH. Also to be clear, the shoe cabinet is NEW and the hinge has already come off, so what excuse/justification do you have for that? Is it expected that the quality of your work is so pathetic that the doors fall off new cabinets every 3months?

Uni Connect System was engaged to have my old wardrobes replaced. I was totally clueless and have no idea on the type of design to go for. Through on site visit and interview, Sandy and the foreman Ah Zin had displayed patience and professionalism with suggestions after understanding the way we store things. We now have more rooms for our storage and thank you Uni Connect System for the quality work at reasonable price.
