★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 pieces of chair rubber buffer @$3.20. Sales person says 3 days can exchange with receipt at Bedok North.
Came here at 9.30am, told by another sales person that there is a ruling from the manager that "No exchanges when the shop just open. Exchanges can only be in the afternoon." Later I try to ask for a compromise. He says "LATER" seems that up to him when he deems fit. The sale person who serve me also arrived but didn't want to intervene.
Luckily I am sitting on a stool outside the shop because of my back problem.
There is no right or wrong, just want to exchange something else suitable.
I told him I want to seek clarification from his shop webpage. He told me, "it is up to me whatever I want". The product need to be exchange for something else, it is only $3.20
