When there was an issue between my counterparty and us, Jia Yan went above and beyond to resolve it and even made a physical trip down to our warehouse to help resolve the issue between both sides. We were very impressed by the level of care and thoughtfulness displayed by her. Thank you for a smooth and efficient delivery!
