Very slow service, the lady taking photo very rude and no customer service at all.

Very poor because all time NO answering the phone.

No one picks the call. Tried for 2 hours!!

Very please with their service. Within 1hr settled my security pass renewal. Very polite staffs. Thumbs up

I'm a resident of a mcst property the building security is alert & vigilant,i give due respect to them as they protect my premises with all their heart but there was one incident when a cab driver got into a arguement with one of the security officers as the officer was doing a screening of the vehicle @ around 2200hrs but the driver became agressive,the supervisor stopped the driver & warned the driver that he will call for police assistance but he was not scared the police was called & 3 officers from bukit timah police centre arrived & instead of diffusing the situation they were very harsh with the security team.they even call their team leader for assistance.they treated the security like criminals.i was disappointed the way the police treated the security with no professionlism.the police was showing authority on them especially to the supervisor.what kind of attitude the police was showing.i thought the police is taught not to embrass anybody.the police represents the image & reputation of the country but their behavior was unacceptable.very babaric.security officers are earning a honest living but why there must be looked down upon by everyone especially the police.i'm saddened by the incident.i never resepected the police til today because of the incident as stated.singapore is a reputable & first world country but this incident will only bring us down infront of tourists & foreigners.

Customer service over phone is horrible. The staff wasnt helpful at all. I feedback about a security officer but instead of guiding me she kept telling me to call here.. call there.. email and make police report about incident. She wasnt helpful nor did she know how to handle my situation. Worst service!
