Felt cheated.
Luckily me and my Mum plans that I signed up is ending soon.

Tried to login to customer portal but when I click forgot password there is no email send to me to reset it. Keep clicking forget password again and again but no email send to me to reset. I'm going to go down to your office!!!!

Please take note that I did sign up power saver 12 plan under my friend referral link.
Felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said they are shifting to digital support so you basically cannot call them anymore.This is great if their digital ways is working in the first place.Their enquiry page hang on me thus i cant sent out an email/enquiry.Their messenger has no response.Not sure how can you contact them if this is the case.thank god my contract is terminating soon.
If you check their website there is no email support address but only their number which they are not using anymore.Totally no idea how one can get in touch with then besides walking into their building.And which residential account uses Fax??
