β β β β β Quite disappointed with Epoch square led light driver . Encountered the driver continuous spoil within very short period usage . Driver was made in Taiwan.

β β β β β Dear Mr Yeo, thank you for purchasing 10 nos. of our downlight in September 2018. We were happy to honour epoch 2 year warranty by replacing the 2 faulty LED drivers in April 2019. When epoch factory examined the faulty LED driver, they found out it was due to a manufacturing defect on that particular production batch. Epoch factory immediately initiate a recall in April 2019 to replace all the LED driver of your purchase and all those sold in Singapore free of charge unconditionally. We would like to assure our customers epoch factory put top priority on the quality of their production and would honor their full warranty on any defective products. We take this opportunity to thank all our epoch customers for their confident on epoch lighting with support from many of their customer referrals.
