It’s been 2 decades and the service still sucks. Firstly, i’ve no idea why they don’t have pinafores stocked up for the school year. Most parents said they didn’t manage to get pinafores before school began. No foresight. So i pre-ordered in Nov, but there was no update at all when stocks just arrived this week. They proceeded to sell online without clearing the POs made much earlier. No sense. When i went down to check my PO, because my email remains unanswered, i got shouted at by one of the old ladies. Well done United Uniforms. Carry on for the next 2 decades this way!

Lady called me up as promised to do an exchange when stock arrives. Went down and did the exchange, was fast and smooth. Realised one of the buttons came off during first washing, and the location can be improved. Always dread to queue there so avoid peak times

It's always difficult to buy the uniform for Farrer Park Primary School and their PE attire uniform. The school should take action to change the vendor instead of using Untied Uniform. Their service are extremely lousy, rude and and orders are not in systematic .The aunty there are tremendously rude and she is like a Queen of uniform. You owe her money like this. There are no update or email or reply. They received upfront payment via online, do not forget there are process fee and credit card fees too. The school should have their own in-house vendor instead of using them. They are yaya papaya. I am so reluctant to give them 1 star.

If there is a no star rating I would have chosen that, even one star is too flattering for them. Slow service, poor attitude, couldn’t be bothered. I don’t even know why parents are being held ransom to buy from a shop like those As bad and lousy as you can get, at least you could have provided the uniform. But what I get is there is no stock, they don’t know when there will be and you cannot order, can only record interest. Totally blown me away why shop like this is still in operation at all. I m just so glad that this is my son’s final year in the school and I just wish that I will never have to deal w United Uniforms anymore!

Third world operating system. Supply chain issues aside (understandable due to Covid impact), visited 4 times just to get uniform and still incomplete. Waitlist form doesn't allow for size specification so stock updates are totally useless, finally got notification to collect pieces but the rude aunties refused to release cause I'm 1 day late, called to check on stock but number is a dud and basically just asks customers to check online or go all e way to store (which may still be OOS). Worst experience ever. It's basically a monopoly so they don't have the incentive to improve. Schools should diversify their suppliers.

It is always an ordeal to buy school uniforms from them. Outdated system and non responsive via emails. They don’t even pick up calls!! You have to physically go down to ask where is your order and when it’s coming. Totally unacceptable as you pay in full online just to wait indefinitely on when your item is coming….. I don’t even want to elaborate further. *Update - I finally got the order after the wait and there was no reply on the email on this. Guess i will upgrade review from 1 - 3 stars to be fair to them.

Went down to the TPY outlet in December and did not manage to get most of the uniform for my son. The service is horrendous and horrendous is an understatement! When one of the part time staff was unable to find the stock, the full timers clearly know that they do not have the stock on hand but none of the full timers were responsible enough to handle this issue! It was so obvious that they were pushing the responsibility to each other! One of the guy there (which I assumed is the manager) saw that there was an issue going on and totally ignored it. He even blamed covid on this. Not being able to provide the stock is one thing, but atrocious customer service is another! It is already mid February and there is still no updates from them! Their hotline is practically useless so I emailed them twice and there was no reply or acknowledgement to this issue that all! They are lucky that they are a monopoly store because I have no choice but to get the uniform from them since there are no other sellers. Hope the schools that are working with this uniform company can switch to another vendor that is responsible enough to provide the goods they are supposed to! I would give it a 0 star review if I could but its not possible, so I will give it a 1. update in april: still yet to get the uniform. the staff is uncontactable as well

Designated place for school uniform, no other choice available. Uniform had been out of stock/limited sizes from November 2021 till April 2022. Not sure when will stock level be normal. Saff are generally cranky and unfriendly. Would not have visited them, but no other choice.
