★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sofa which was quite expensive and expected the after sales to be a bit more professional. But the after sales is horrible over a manfacturing fitting issue i had with my sofa. Will not recommend anyone to buy any products from here if you are looking at better after sales support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with the sofa I bought from Univonna in 2015. The edge of the stitches started to give way and to make the thing worse the seller denied the case even though it mentioned in the warranty card that the warranty for workmanship is covered for 2 years. I have never bought sofa with such bad quality. Really disappointed and will not recommend this brand to others.

10 years warranty does not stand. Caveat emptor
Will be changing out of this brand and get sometime more reputable.
