β β β β β Worst customer service I just received.... there .any seats available but was not allow to have a rest while waiting.... told them I want to deposit my cheque through counter.... why cannot..... ....
I will terminate the account once I settled my things....

Working hours are insane!
If you are a normal employee, you canβt even visit it because it opens very late and closes very early ?

β β β β β Overall had a poor experience depositing money while I was there.
I requested to deposit over counter, but I was directed to the ATM machine to deposit. This resulted in cash deposit errors, then the ATM rejecting me from depositing any further to the limit reached.
In the end, I wasted all that time and then was put back into a queue to do cash deposit over the counter, which was my initial request.
Overall a disappointing experience as I spent a lot of time waiting and going back and forth the counter and ATM machine.

β β β β β 1000 times Thanks to Wei Ting .She very professional and patience. Strongly recommended Wei Ting , if you need any advice for financial issue / saving plan . Last time I been went to few branches but doesn't have any good experience before , they are rushing me every time and pressuring me for some "financial plan ". Today is my first time to visit this branch, Wei Ting was giving me a very clear explanation for the saving plan and answer all my questions patiently. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't apply pressure sales tactic. Happy with her customer service. Thanks for it.

β β β β β Staff needs better training. The bank just lost an opportunity to sign up a new customer because of poor knowledge of account type, and a lack of attempt to understand my need. If the staff made a little more effort, I would have signed up for a new banking account. I only knew it better after getting back home and did internet search. By this time, itβs too late for me to consider opening a new account with UOB.
