The lady staff manning the q number was very helpful and friendly. Teller was quite proactive with the advice as well. Keep it up ??

Absolutely not good customer service. I waited for my number to be called for well OVER an hour. It took another 20 minutes just to close my account. There is no reason not to hire 5-6 more employees since the place is always jam packed.

This branch has Sunday banking. Nice and pleasant staffs here.

Terrible customer service. Trying to retrieve funds in my late family member’s account, but staff were unable to assist in providing any information despite us having all documents. We were told to engage a public trustee, but the public trustee required the account balance and details. UOB refused to give any information and told us to go to a public trustee.... who told us to go to UOB to get the information. See where this is going? Other banks such as DBS has better customer service where they actually offered to assist customers like us, reassuring us that they will provide the necessary details and guide us through withdrawing the funds and steps to do so. UOB simply told us to go to a public trustee without providing needed information or guidance, washing their hands off the case. Please only deposit your money here if you would like your money to be kept by the bank after you expire! Recommend putting your savings here if you have ungrateful kids that you dislike, and have no intention of leaving your money to them after you pass. UOB will hold on to your money real tight and make everything extra difficult for them, on top of the pain of losing a loved one. Losing a beloved family member was the most painful thing to happen to us, and the pain that comes with dealing with UOB’s “customer service” comes a close second. Please avoid! On a side note, don’t bother setting up a UOB One account - rarely will you hit that 75k to quality for the 2.5% interest p.a. as a fresh grad. Starting with DBS Multiplier would probably be easier. Also, if you (touch wood) pass away, at least your funds will still be easily accessed by your next-of-kin if your bank of choice isn’t UOB. The one star for UOB is for their rock solid customer data security - impenetrable! Pretty much the same as saying a computer is secure and internet scam proof simply because it’s not connected to the internet.

My experience at this branch has been a positive one. Came here first time today to cash out new currency notes for CNY. Reservation was in order and the teller at Counter 1 was helpful and accommodating.

Great experience, staff is very courteous and most importantly proactive in their service. I was assisted by Krystal and normally I don’t rate bank services. For me customer service with some proactiveness is key to great banking service.

Giving wrong information and impression despite being the HQ. Have to redo everything at another branch in Waterway Point. Very disappointed with the service rendered

Disappointed and dissatisfied with UOB services. I applied for UOB's credit card. The procedure is lengthy, unclear, and there is no contacting point to track the status. I would recommend you to NOT USE uob services and go to other banks.
