โ โ โ โ โ This branch is riduculous. You'd think it would be obvious that peak enquiries come during lunchtime and that this area has lots of elderly folk who would be seeking banking help. But only 2 out of 6 personal banking counters were filled. Had to wait for 45 min just to get simple help because not all services are available online. Pls amend your lunchtime staffing to accomodate for higher demand.
