This branch highly troublesome for its guests, and not recommended to come. I faced this issue which I need to used my credit card to pay for my university school fees that cost about thousand of dollars, so I asked the staff to help activate my UOB credit card, so I can pay in that large amount for my university school fees, and they even call headquarters to promise that they will activate my credit card asked me to wait until 3 working day, and the experience was after 3 working day, I paid my university school fee as instructed, and I only received an enrollment invoice from my university that they will claim, so I waited for about 2 month, something fishy why my university did not sent me any enrollment admission package as school terms starting in 2 weeks time, and I have done my payment before the university admission dateline, so I sent mail to the admission office of my university, they replied they cant received the money, because the credit card was not activated at all, and so I went down to UOB again, one of its counter staff angrily argue claimed that they have already activated my credit card, and is all my university fault for being lazy and never bother to claim, so I showed him my printed evidence conversations between me and the university, he was shocked when he read that the credit card is not activated as promised, showing him that my university unable to claimed. Then the same UOB staff without apologize immediately call UOB headquarters to then activate. By right if UOB headquarters did activate my credit card, during the payment, we should be receiving OTP confirmation and receipt from our university. Correct? So 2 months ago the UOB actually did not activate my credit card at all as promised? Different staff talking differently, showing lack of communication within this UOB Branch, and the university intake already closed, I nearly don't need to study causes by this bunch of irresponsible UOB staff, because the payment dateline of my school fee already closed last year December 2020, is all up to the admission office if they still accept as admission office will not be entertain any late payment. I nearly go see Member of Parliament in-charge of my zone about this matter if I cannot get the truth answer. And by the way the university I have applied was a public government. If public civilian lied, corrupt on their oath, you see what would happen an investigation would occurs. Luckily admission office still agree to let me in, overall it was the UOB fault for not activate my credit card. The overall experience from this UOB branch staff are not professionally well trained, more like sleeping on the job, and pushed blamed around until not their fault making up numerous of psychology stories, the temperature taking staff outside same as well, all UOB customers are individual important to attend to their urgent matters, and there is this one male staff, how could you let a stranger just because she is a girl queue behind me, you let her in first, other people matters not important? You think what? you work in a restaurant gentlemen let girl in first? Distinctively, and relatively very poor Management guidelines or rules, every staff in this branch just blindly follow and no opinions to voice or protest any concerns. UOB Staff please WAKE UP! Please learn to wear in your customers shoe my dear this UOB Branch.

I was interested to join the UOB Wealth Banking, so I made a call on the hotline as I had some questions. Instead, my call was bounced around different CSOs who kept insisting on arranging a call-back by the wealth managers, even after I told them I was prepared to be put on hold. Very disappointed and eventually decided not to enroll...

Came to open a personal account. I took a queue number and it says only 1 number behind. Waited for 1.5 hours and my number still not getting called. Ended up leaving as too frustrated. Slowest bank in Singapore.

would like to thank Mdm Zanariah for the excellent customer service provided to my mum and myself when we visited UOB Tampines yesterday. She was very professional and gentle when explaining to my mum on the banking matters and was also very clear in her explanations. thanks Zanariah.

First of all...long queue...no staff walk forward to ask what kind of transaction u r doing n if they can speed things up, unlike at POSB which they come fwd to check ur request else u queue for nothing. And to activate just 1 new credit card and update a new mobile hp no, they took more than 30mins....this can't be it. For a bank whose shares are trading at $27 and upwards...u need b more efficient and customer oriented. Disappointed badly even before I start using e new card.

I was served by the front desk lady and a gentlman this morning .They are very professional and able to settle my CPFIS in the shortest time . Kudos to the team !

The automated queue number machine, when you choose fixed deposit, does not give a number to fixed deposit service but to be attended by a staff trying to sell investment to you and when you are not interested, they will give you another number to wait to be attended by yet another staff for fixed deposit. Deceptive and waste of time.
