Recently went to get my One cards replace as it is old and defaced. The new teller Deng service was deficient and told me only one card can be replaced and it took a long time to get it replace. This is not the way u treat your wealth customer, UOB. Very disgusted, the next day I went to your Ang Mo Kio branch and get the othet card replaced with no hesitation and question!!!

Hostile & rude service from its counter 17. Advise to those need fast banking service, please do not come here to be shoved away like many old folks in Toa Payoh. I do not think every customer irregardless of profitibality should deserved such poor service. Too bad do not have -1 star rating else this branch office deserved this rating.

Crazy Crowded at all 3 banks, UOB, DBS and OCBC at Toa Payoh Hub. Looks like Clark Quay NYE party crowd. Must be the because of the first business day of 2022. Happy New Year!?

We were at UOB HDB Hub today around 2pm. The counter staff was extremely efficient and courteous. Lady manning the counter at the entrance, WELL DONE!

Except for the slightly long but bearable wait in the queue to get inside, and then waiting for my turn inside the waiting area, everything was great. The staff resolved my problem quickly and professionally.

Disappointing bank. Marketed its credit card (UOB PPV) benefits but changed its core reward redemption method (contactless payment to solely MOBILE contactless) at the peak of Covid-19 (May 2020) and claims that the information is communicated to consumers via their webpage (though no emails / sms / calls were provided). Funny how they are so prompt when it comes to marketing their loans and new products/services but are so quick to claim innocence when they decide to shortchange existing consumers who do not have all the time in the world to monitor their webpage. Customer hotline staff also have absolutely no clue how the reward points are being broken down. Staff from cc dept who called back also needed to hang up and call back because, she too, needed time to analyze the breakdown. Clearly the bank is not sincere in giving its consumers’ β€œreward” points by making this whole validation process a tough one where its employees are struggling to answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A male service staff help me open the account but his lack of product knowledge is shocking. I spend 30 mins in the queue to wait for the card as he claims there is no such option as mailing the card to my residence with the pin unlike other banks. When it is my turn the counter staff middle age lady in specs told me it will be mailed out to my residence. I am angry to know i waited 30 mins for nothing. When the card eventually came i cant activate as my mobile number is still not updated. Frustrated i head down to the bank again. This time the same bespectacled staff insist i change to another debit instead of resolving my account activation issue. Does the staff get a commision for debit card? Why keep pushing for a new card instead of resolving my issue??
