This is my first experience with Uparcel and it was a very positive one! Needed a last min bulk delivery and they were able to arrange it for me on the same day - fast and efficient. On top of that, all the agents assigned to my deliveries were top notch agents - they were professional, friendly, efficient and on time. A special compliment to Alfred who managed 28 deliveries for me in 2 days. He handled every delivery well and also updated me promptly when done - definitely efficient and professional. I would definitely engage Uparcel again with the same agents in the future. Thank you Idzan, Iskandar, Amin & Rong Bin - it was a very pleasant first time working with you guys too!

I am one of the agent, i do like their app, but i do not think they really value their riders which probably why many is leaving or jobs do not get accepted. They have insurance for parcel delivery but not entitled for food product. Had a case with them where i wasn't aware on the delivery product as it will all packed and covered up, its also partly my mistake for not checking beforehand on what product am i delivering usually i would for those first time delivery missed out on this. Was only paid a normal delivery less than 10 for a delivery from west to east. upon arrival was then aware it was a very brittle kind of cookie which isn't suitable to be delivered via bike, recipient also commented that its the 2nd instance this have happened. Forced to compensate 4 times the delivery fee and not able to get my delivery fee furthermore not all the product in parcel is damage. Pretty disappointed as they do not recognize the effort and difficulties their rider face on the ground. Uparcel can still tell me its a goodwill that i am paying 4 times my courier otherwise it could be 8 times of what i should have earn. There isn't really much that i could do but only to share for others hopefully to avoid such encounter. Other than that their app is quite user friendly compared to others.

I ordered some frozen food for my parents, and Jason from uParcel provided a most excellent service. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was some confusion in my order but he was very accommodating to my request. Thank you so much!

Delivery process is very smooth, they will send you status, contact number of the courier, and most important status is accurate. I am waiting for my medicine as i have run out and it came on time as per tracking status. Wonderful. Good job. I will use this service again for my next delivery service.
