- kitchen was still very dirty
- under the table in the main hall wasn't vacuumed or mopped
- the bed and right side of the bed wasnt vacuumed or mopped
- sofa was easily movable but no vacuum or mopped
- towel which they used was dirty, where they cleaned I had to re-do everything myself today.
I don't think I'll be using this service anymore. In addition, I thought they would bring their own equipments like a mop but it wasn't the case apparently.
Paid for 2 hours but they completed 45 minutes earlier. Very half past 6 work.
