β β β β β Brought my wife in, after doing blood test we waited very long for results and no nurse came to attend instead we have to go and find out ourselves, what we are waiting for. After a long while a doctor came and informed my wife that they will refer her to a specialist and proceeded to leave without saying anything about the blood test result, I have to ask the doctor and then only the doctor remember and says that the result is normal, totally aloof for a doctor. Female Chinese age in late 20s or early 30s nurse at the observation area was very rude and sarcastic when reply to questions asked. Urgent care my foot! The doctor is most likely a trainee doctor but very very shocking if she wasn't a trainee and the nurse has no patience at all. If possible I give this centre a BIG FAT ZERO RATING! They can't be bothered to treat patients here with patience and kindness! The number of bad reviews that they have says it all.

β β β β β A big thank you to the staff at urgent care admiralty. Went there as my mum required urgent medical attention for her extremely high and fluctuating BP, the medical professionals handled her case with great care and run various diagnostic test. My mum personally was impressed with the comprehensive medical facilities on site .

β β β β β Extremely slow waiting time even with only 4 other patients there. Waited for almost 4 hours. The female doctor was very rude and shouting at her colleagues and even started scolding the printer for not working. Did not examine me properly and was rushing throughout. The lady doctor saw me for literally only 1min. Just asked me what happened and sent me out for x-ray without examining me. Waited for 3 hour plus. Then counter called me for payment and I left. Doctor did not see me again to explain xray. That's all. After 2 months I still feel pain on my elbow where I fell. I went back there, and they said I have to pay $110 again and that the waiting time is longer than 4 hours. But there were less than 10 people there. Terrible service. This urgent care centre is a disgrace to the medical profession. Such a shame.

β β β β β I do not recommend the place, brought my mum to visit the clinic on 11 Apr at 2 pm with arthritis issue and she has sustained injury before. We waited 2 hours just to get my mum who is in pain to do an x-ray which is a logical sense to just send the patient to do the x-ray from the start, unless the doctor has bionic eyes. Inpatient fees start around 90sgd. Nurses and attendants are caring and polite. But the particular Indian female doctor on duty was very angry and rude. She was talking to me with her back facing me. Being a doctor doesn't mean that you can be rude to your patients and the public. Her BMI index seems questionable herself, it is difficult for me to trust someone who is in a medical capacity to advise someone or treating someone who has chronic health issues which are due to lifestyle issues. Sought another private GP and showed them the medication, was told the medicine were of lower quality and harmful to the stomach lining and advised us to be very careful with those medication. Seriously! They need some auditing especially if it's a government related one.

β β β β β Came here with a badly sprained ankle with bruises and swelling. Before and after going for my xray, Doctor-in-charge was dismissive and did not even look at my ankle once. I did not even remove my ankle bandage during the consultation. And when it comes to MC, I had to quote myself how long was needed.
The only saving grace was the kind and friendly nurses and front counter staff.

β β β β β Was at UCC at 1017pm and it was closed. Apparently there is a emergency case that cause them to close early. The staff here was very nice and polite.
I was here as I reached the nurse line and was advise to bring my dad down however, he called back to told me they closed early but I was already at the UCC. Hi all do take note that if u got any underlying condition their test lab close at 10pm which is not clearly stated on the door as well. So don't get mislead by the registration closed by 10.30pm. U may like to go A&E straight after 10pm to seek some medical attention with underlying condition.

β β β β β My mom tested positive with symptoms and she is 71 years old. At 8pm, GPs closed their registration and I am at my wit's end to get my mom the proper medical attention because of her age and underlying medical conditions.
While being declined at one of the GP clinic, I called UCC and a male nurse by the name of Kelvin or Colin (i cant quite recall) answered my call. After listening and understanding my mom's condition, he listed more clinics that are nearest to me as Option 1 for me to still call and check if I can still register. Option 2 was to come to UCC but of course we know UCC charges are as high as A&E which I have to acknowledge. I am thankful for his options and after hanging up the phone, I tried calling the recommended GPs and no one picked up. So I made my way to UCC with my mom. Not only that is the best decision I ever made and I also got the assurance I needed but I am so grateful to the UCC team for taking care and looking out for my mom and as well as many other COVID patients in the restricted zone. It is heartwarming and I wish I can hug each one of them. At times, while facing our own crisis we do get over our head but UCC team managed this in a highly commendable manner that I have not seen. Their tone of voice is calm and assuring even though some of the other visitors can be rude because they are not allowed to accompany the patients. To the UCC team, while we brace together through this pandemic, I just want to acknowledge and recognise your efforts, hard work, resilience, time, smiles behind those masks, patience, diligence, commitment, compassion and tolerance. I am literally writing this while waiting for my mom to be discharged. But I know this cannot wait. SO, thank you UCC team from the bottom of my heart. Regards, Ida
