Hi all, on 19/05 /2016 I have purchase a Samsung S7 with trade in with my old S5, I told the sales person by the name of Albert to transfer all the data and photos to my Samsung S7 but when i reach home i found that my photoes are not uploaded to my New Phone and i am very disappointed which all my photos which is very much precious to me is all gone including photes that i propose to my GF and my family ALL GONE when i call them in the next morning they told me that they have already deleted all the information from my old phone, and is thier policy to do so as i ask them call their boss to call me and explain, they say he is not free and the best part is, they say i didnt tell them to retain the photo. please do not buy anything from them as they are very irresponsible on the nite itself i spend more than $1000 and this is the service that they provide, please dont patronise the job
