★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer support from a lady named Lynn at their office. From start, to end. Fast replies and ensured a smooth transaction to the end! Very satisfied with the process so far, just awaiting parts to arrive for repair to be done.
PS: door for the fridge not under warranty. Pls take note. Do not expose the door to any impact whatsoever; the hinges are very fragile. Heads up to those with the standing pastry freezer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynn was excellent. We popped by to see the induction hob VIC2702 and she gave a very good brief on the product. She was candid on the pricing and advised how best to purchase it. She was very reassuring and was quick in her responses. We had some issues with the purchase through her agents but she was patient and continued to give us advice. When we finally sorted out our order, Lynn was quick to arrange the delivery and installation. We were switching from an exisiting gas stove to induction and she was able to advise exactly what her team will be providing with regarding to installation. Installation was quick and well done. Cant ask more from lynn and her team. 5?????
