Crowded even during COVID-19 periods. Kept up to its name, with many items at a low price. Staff were friendly and accommodating, patient and kind. Great store, would recommend to everyone.

Depending on the outlet, the variety and range of products will differ. The one in Northpoint City yishun has huge range of items, and many of them i like, which this outlet doesn't have. The $1 deals are the best, i always come here to shop for snacks and titbits. Despite the common misconception, their products are cheap not because they are near expiration, but because they are manufactured and shipped from countries not from the original production line.

There is a staff employee here who is extremely rude and showed an attitude from the start like she dislikes working there. My autistic child had to take photographs for organising food needs and did not know that photographs could not be taken, but the staff did not clarify. Instead they kept glaring at my child, who was also injured and had difficulty coming out of the store because it's not very accessible, and acting like we owed her. When this particular employee finally rolled her eyes and confronted us about the rules that photographs can't be taken, she said huffily it was the business principle because of consumer rivalry. This response is a no-no in the business world. And it would have been better to be straightforward from the start and not to assume everyone is neurotypical and abled. I hope to bring this to upper management's attention.

They've a good assortment of things, even got those ottoman boxes for a low price. But the food items can taste a little different from original as they're manufactured elsewhere. It is a hit or miss, and if it works out, that's a lot of savings.

Very compact n convenient shop. You can find almost all household items here. Customer service n cashiers are friendly esp the Indian woman and Philppno lady. The prices are very cheap in the whole Island. Love to go to this shop often?❤️
