Good staff....good maintain everything...cheap and best...we can buy here many things like biscuits .. chocolate biscuits....marigold biscuits ...ginger biscuits.... chocolates like dry fruits chocolates....dairy milk chocolate.....we can buy also soft drinks like ..100plus. Coka cola. Fanta. Sprite. Also perfumes and colognes available here ... washing powder and liquid. We can also buy coffee cup... drinking glass..etc

one of the aunties (looking from 40-60yrs old) that was working at valueshop was SEVERELY RUDE to me, she publicly HUMILIATED me. I decided not to confront her. This is my first time getting HUMILIATED by her but my mother on the other hand, HAS been HUMILIATED by THAT auntie dozens of times. I HOPE, someone can do SOMETHING. But other than that the whole sales and shop is NICE :) please get nicer aunties to work here, helps to attract customers and increase the shop's population.

The uncle staff there was rude. I was checking batteries and decided to buy two packs then suddenly he raised his voice behind my back. Telling me to put back the battery, at first I was confused to what he meant then I realized he wanted me to put back this certain battery that different from the others. Then I put back the same place I saw it, then he still nagging and pointed where it should be. But I didnt know that because all along I was too focus only to the certain battery type I was looking for, I just put it back where I found it because I really thought that's the place for that. In the first place it wasn't me who mixed up the batteries, then he would scold me like it was my fault. I understand if it's really my fault but no and raising his voice to me which is a customer.

Im handicapped on wheelchair need to top up my things frm value went to west mall yr staff the indian lady is very rude don't allow me to enter..how to enter when yr alley is full of extra cartons..on the floor ..im sad the one at bukit batok is closing..
