★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where to start. The father and son are arrogant and condescending. They clearly think they are above others and are defensive to the point of aggression if anyone disagrees or raises queries.
Despite these early thoughts the platform sounded too good not to use so we thought we'd give it a go. It's been about 4 months and the quality is appalling. Everything about it is cheap and nasty.
You'd think it could be resolved by talking to the company (which includes another brother/uncle) but that doesn't get you anywhere. Nothing is their fault therefore it is obviously yours.
And to make matters worse they are rude to admin and finance. These are the sort of guys that talk down to serving staff in cafes - not cool.
