Had signed a 1 Month contract to this company but decided to leave within 3 working days as the working conditions and employers wellfare was horrible. First day and i had to stand long hours with little to no breaks. only was allowed to take a break during my dinner time. Was scolded on the first day for not knowing what to do too. My colleagues there were very rude to me and my friends when we had just started hence we were clueless about our duties etc. The working enviroment there was very confusing , things there was very unorganised. It was one hell of a week , I really do not recommend working there , the basic pay there was definitely not worth it for what you're doing there. A small note , i watched 5-7 part timers leave the company during my 3 days there. Including me and my friends that's about 10.

when my friend and i started working here, we immediately disliked the work environment and their work ethics. the employees there expected us to know what to do on our FIRST day of work without providing any proper instructions/guidance. they were also rude and would purposely speak in their own language eventhough they KNOW that the both of us couldn't really understand them. and the best part is, whenever we had any questions regarding our work, they'd get annoyed at us. it was horrible working there so we deadass left only after a week. for those who are considering to work there as part timers, don't. the pay isn't worth the treatment you'll receive there.

Quit after first day of work to serve another 3 days notice, just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Reason being there is very little breaks and odd break schedules. First break at 1am for 30min and the next break is at 5am? Which is a 3hr 30min gap ? The time between the first and second break is hell, moreover second break is only 15min. The job fairly speaking is not tough but the way the staff instruct you is not really clear. First day of work, I literally witnessed another girl throwing her work coat on the floor and had a literal fight with the auntie there saying she gonna quit. It was chaotic and quite shocking and the work so mundane I just couldn't hang on to the contract of working till end december.

never work here . there is no sense of respect between the workers there . despite having rules and regulations, none of the workers abide by them and the supervisors close one eye . only after important people came over and complained about the things that weren’t abided did the supervisors implement them to all the workers . aside that, the full timers constantly nag at part timers for doing tasks wrongly or slowly when they don’t teach us the proper way of doing them . they expect us to know things even when its our first time doing them and they put the blame on u if there was any mistakes . the work environment is incredibly toxic and exhausting to the point that working overtime is not an option due to lack of motivation in handling the attitude’s of the workers . would have given 0 stars if possible.

I have read many 1 star reviews and it seems that there are many likes and supports about this stupid Venture Corporation company. I agree with the majority. Although I have signed a contract but never work here before, I have received negative and numerous feedback on the Venture supervisors who were so unreasonable and they (zuo bo) means do nothing in hokkien in the company and they just throw the work to part timers to do randomly when the part timers never see before. The supervisors never teach them but the full timers teach and expect part timers to know how to do. If the part timers don't know how to do after the full timers teach one time or even ask they will scold continuously and not for a while like 5sec. I wonder how this kind of supervisors even can earn salary just by sitting there and watching part timers do the job. The worst feedback received from my friend was that they don't give any single water+toilet break for 15 minutes to part timers and the only break they have is the lunch break which is 45 minutes or maybe an hour. After that it is work all the way without water+toilet break. Honestly you will feel angry after reading this second and third paragraph. It is something that I have never encounter in 5 years of part time working experience. My friend just took Only ONE toilet break and the supervisor said this is Unacceptable and if you are not happy you can see the HR. I can tell the supervisor dares to challenge the part timer. In conclusion, these supervisors are really way too much already. They just want to accuse the part timers. To be exact and honest, this is the worst company I have ever heard about. No other company or person can be worst than this. Luckily I found out the truth after contacting other agents about it. I will take note and remember about this incident. My friend has feedback to the agent about it. On a side note, if you have friends or relatives looking for a part time job, please do tell them that this company is very very Attrocious and please strongly encourage them not to consider this company. It's hell crazy. Not going to lie

If your agent mentions this is the place where you are going to work at part time, immediately reconsider taking up ANY job position here. Do not jeopardize your mental health unesscessarily. People giving 5 star reviews here are probably masochists.

If youre a part timer, your time here is gonna be hell. The full timers are very rude, they dont even explain instructions to u properly and will scold u for not knowing how to work even if its your first day. Safety is also not taken seriously at all. Full timers wearing slippers, no proper PPE issued when handling hot items and guess what, i burnt my hand as the glove they gave me wasnt even meant for heat protection lol. Worked for 3 days only and I have decided to serve my 3 days notice period. I witnessed many part timers quitting after the first few days here lol. If youre a student like me aged between 16-22, they gonna make u do their jobs.

Great learning experience. Worked there as a part-timer and I’ve learnt many skills and interacted with people from different walks of life. Its quite a shame when I see reviews of people complaining, especially when this workplace is fair and reasonable. If you quit easily and leave a review complaining about your experience, you are just a quitter who has no ability to face difficulties
