★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just been shopping recently, and it is inevitable to line up in this epidemic situation. It is just that the shopping range is crowded. Only one counter is very slow. Resources should be arranged to help solve the counter long q. While waiting in line, an employee asked me to move the outside row very hot. He would say, why not arrange for the employee to help the counter packing or open an additional counter. I don’t like it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need to be thought to speak to customers with polite. Most of them are foreigners and very rude. Had a very bad experience. There was a q outside but no staff was directly customers where the q was and there was a lady and guy was just standing at the main entrance and chasing all the customers that wanted to make payment or shop inside. Very rude behaviour. I was 1 of them I was not sure where was the q and the guy at the entrance Vietnam/Myanmar not sure was extremely rude was shouting at me loudly. I never purchase my items and walk away too embarrassed. Please teach your staff manners and attitude before employing them. I am a Singaporean and this behaviour WOW thanks to the people whom employ people like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get cheap toiletries here. Eg, a bar of Pear soap elsewhere costs me $1.50 here I get for $1.20. So shop smart and save $$$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff attitude. One of the Chinese staff said “excuse me” in a manner which I find it kinda rude when I was browsing through the products in the shop. It’s as if I was blocking her way. The company should perhaps consider sending your staff to attend customer service courses.
I find that Venus Beauty staff are always busy doing unpacking and arranging products onto shelves, and don’t seem to serve customers in any way except for the cashier who has no option but to process payment. This is the case for quite a number of Venus stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good but the PRC staff need to be trained better. They stand around sulking and are not proactive when they see people searching for items. The Myanmar and Vietnamese staff are good and courteous. If the PRC staff want to stand around and not be helpful, please stand in the storeroom and not spoil the mood with their sullen faces.
