★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to buy flowers from them, thought expensive but the quality was good. When I went last Saturday, prices were even more expensive but quality was bad!! The flowers do not look as fresh as it used to be and was horrified to see that the flowers started to wither the next day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ‘m disappointed with the flowers I bought for my wife’s birthday. They are expensive but the quality was bad, after 1 day the flowers started withering. I expect good quality flowers for the price I paid, not flowers that have past their prime time and don’t last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, rude saleswoman who didn't even say good bye. I made a gentle comment that the flower arrangements are a bit of an overkill (not well put together and too many different flowers in one bunch) to which she simply replied - "this is how we do things here". So much for listening to client's needs... The bouquets are expensive, are not well put together and even the customer service is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staffs who were present were friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. i liked their selection of flowers, but also how knowledgeable they are. got hydrangeas from them and they shared tips with me on how to prolong the freshness of the flowers at home, and most importantly, the advice works! they were also very friendly and lovely towards my curious toddler of 3 years old and gave her space to explore.
