★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended! After sales service not good. Price not transparent enough. After purchased u need to service the exstigusher yearly. Last year I remember is $30. This year they charge $50 per unit. I have brought three unit and two is for my parents. Ended up I have to go collect back the two unit. I have ask the guy can go to their place for servicing? His reply is $60 first location then the following one is $50. It seem like the price they can anyhow markup every year. He also mentioned it might save our lives. If during the time when collect back of the two units happen to caught fire? Is he going to be responsible? Anyway the business is like this think whether u accept this kind of after sales service or not.
