Stopped working after a year . It cost almost $200.00 to get them fixed. I had to pay international shipping both ways. They also updated the units. They should make updates available from free from the internet. I bought two new headsets and I never received them and they are unwilling to replace them. Don't buy from VertixGlobal. With audio sharing and wireless, bluetooth headsets they do not have anything you can't get from someone else that won't stop working after less than a year.

I've bought a Vertix Raptor for my motorcycle helmet, it was good value for money, worked well, had separate components to mix and match to different helmets, and had good function. The original one I bought (i think around 2012) worked really well. I actually stick to it loyally up to today (July 2020), though I don't ride as much anymore. The issue with the device is that the newer ones don't last as long as the old ones. I put it down to the quality of plastics used, it would disintegrate a lot faster (within a year), and the rain would get in through the hole. The issue I have is that I had to pay for the manufacturers poor choice of material. 3 years ago (2017), I gave it two stars. But the fact that I have used it for the past 8 years, and have cycled through 3 or 4 sets because it still is good value for money, but I'm not sure if the quality has since improved; I shall up my review from 2 to 4 stars for the product. For servicing and customer service, it could be better improved. A reply to my review was only acknowledged three years later (on 3/7/20). If you are looking for a good value for money communicator, I would still, and have always been recommending it to my fellow riding friends.

I have been looking for a device to enhance my biking experience especially on safety and have constant good audio communication with my ride partner. I finally found the perfect wireless headset in Vertix Velo (B series). Recently I bought 2 sets of Vertix Velo after reading their positive reviews internationally. I went on a 60km road ride with my wife and I was amazed how it enhanced my ride experience as I am always assured of staying connected to my wife and audio quality is always good throughout our journey. I am really pleased with the communication quality even in noisy road environments with big trucks and when we encountered strong head winds. The headsets allowed us to speak in our normal conversation tone without having to shout to one another as we used to do. Besides our usual hand signals, we are assured that through this device we can talk seamlessly to ensure we stay connected all the time. As I have tried other devices before but they all fail to live up to their performance expectations BUT Vertix Velo change my outlook and assured me that they can perform to what they say they will allowing bike enthusiasts like me to enhance my bike riding experience tremendously. I will surely recommend this device to my regular riding buddies as it can link up to 4 headsets to allow a communication range of 1.5km apart. Bought a pair of Vertix Velo (B series) wireless sports headset. Service from the company was excellent and they were extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Used it 3 times now and the quality of the device is fantastic with crystal clear voice quality. I’ve also paired it to my iPhone and am enjoying great music while riding too. Highly recommended!
