We have engaged them 2 years back for an overhaul of our kitchen, 2 years later, i wanted to modify my wardrobe and he still remember which laminate we used, he remembered my style, even the tiniest details. Recently, we had a bad choke with one of the water pipe due to the rain and we had to remove part of the built in carpentry to access the floor trap.
