I'm very impressed with the moving service provided by Vimbox Movers. Besides moving to my new location, I have requested for 3 other detours to send furniture to my friends and relatives. I've also requested for two wardrobes and an L-shaped sofa to be discarded. Sean, who is the sales consultant gave me a reasonably priced quotation within an hour. He also arranged for the moving impeccably. On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly. The furniture, different articles and boxes were moved out from my house smoothly. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture were done professionally. All the furniture arrived at the four destinations safely and efficiently. The part that I was most impressed with was the great attitude of the movers. Throughout the whole moving process, the movers were friendly and were very willing to work. There was no grumbling nor any negative feedbacks despite all the hard work. They maintained a jovial disposition which made the stressful process of moving house enjoyable. I would definitely engage them should I need to move house again. Well done Vimbox!

Engaged Vimbox to move my home items to their storage due to home renovation. 1) Done the site survey with Damian. Shared that we require packing services together with the moving and storage services. However, on the day of the move, the movers were not informed of the requirement to do packing. Hence, there was a last minute scramble for the Vimbox staff to do the packing with limited manpower. This resulted in my items not being packed properly. 2) Moving the items back to my place after withdrawal from storage. The movers were unsure of the packed items as the boxes were not labelled properly (which boxes belonging to which room). Some of my stored items are damaged after the return. My bedroom frame leather was torn. My baby cot leg was damaged. Please see the photos. All in all, no complaints about the ground staff (movers). However, the planning and management of the move and packing was horrible. Poor communication. After the first move, I only recevied a call from Vimbox tp confirm on the payment of the last minute packing services. I highlighted that the packing services was omitted from the move, there was no apology, and my comment was simply brushed aside. I would NOT recommend Vimbox to manage your moving and storage of home items. Edit: more damage discovered during more unpacking. Broken trophy. Missing baby gate stopper. Edit2: vimbox only followed up to me a week after my feedback. compensation offered was way below the replacement cost of my items. lastly, washing machine was also not installed properly, resulting in water leakage in my service yard. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK.

I engaged Vimbox Movers at the end of 2021 to help with my office move. They were responsive from the start and answered all of my enquiries promptly and with great patience. The price quoted were reasonable and comparable with the others as well. Their movers are friendly and accommodating to our requests. I would like to give a shout-out to their customer service staff Stella for her warm and friendly service.

If only i can give 10 stars! Excellent service from Damien and team. quick to response anytime of the day before the move. Team arrived on time and they were fast, swift and professional. 4 floors up and down no complaints. Thanks for making my move so smooth and for all the hard work, I know its not easy. Will def recommend my friends!

Got referred to Sean at Vimbox. Very fast and swift response. He was able to respond to my queries very efficiently. The movers came on the day and they were very fast and professional. The entire move was done without hiccups. Movers are very friendly and easy going. They were also very careful with my items. Definitely will be using Vimbox for my next requirement and will recommend friends to use them as well.

Good job from the very beginning when I called Sean. He was very attentive to every detail. Since I needed to make some detour for my moving and storage, including disposal of some furniture, more delivery needed to be done. When the movers came, they handled the items with care and packed it individually. It was professionally done. The boys were very friendly although it is a tough job for them. Never once they complain about the item that were being packed. They managed to do it and cleared everything in the shortest time. I was very impressed with the way they work. When moving back to my own home, they also managed to handle everything just as the first move. All at a very reasonable price. Great job to the guys at Vimbox. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends.

Sean was very fast and efficient and despite not being able to make it down personally due to the heavy downpour, he was able to provide a reasonable quote based on the photos alone. He was very responsive to all queries, always very assuring. He was also able to provide immediate solutions when I called him due to additional moving needs. He is definitely an asset to the company as he definitely provides services exceeding customers' expectation. Similarly, the movers who came were very friendly and professional. They went about their work in an efficient and professional manner and were very careful with the items. I will sure use their services again and have already informed Sean of engaging his services at least 2 more times within the next 2 months. Sean came to us when an incident occurred with another moving company and provided a very reasonable quote. He also patiently answered all our questions that we had subsequently about packing and the eventual move. Movers arrived promptly on the day itself and took us by storm. Very fast, careful, meticulous and efficient! Real kudos to the movers on the day who were careful with the way they shifted things especially when things can’t fit. They keep finding for a solution that can enable them to successfully shift everything in. Very good team work and professionalism. Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a reliable mover.
