Extremely satisfied with Julian’s services. He delivered my car to my home when I was overseas & drove the trade-in car away. I didn’t want to risk other customers scratching or worse, test-driving it. He also arranged for technician to come and resolve an audio issue. I never had problems with my previous parallel importers (Hua Yang and Richburg) but they do not have the model that I wanted. There are a few other PIs with the model and colour that I wanted but I chose Vincar for their long history, track record, reviews and maintenance service. The icing on the cake was the Night Edition model. The car was equipped exactly as I requested for, no cutting corners, no bait & switch. Completely transparent and honest. The more I use the car the more I love it! The self-parking function was most impressive. After sales service was also good as I occasionally have to send queries to Julian and he was very responsive. One dislike I have (not specific to Vincar) is the PI’s practice of imposing a ‘no-loan’ penalty on buyers. Booking made in early November 2019, delivery mid-January 2020.
