Wine chiller spoilt after 3 days of delivery, with the chiller maintaining at 30 degrees Celsius.
Instead of 12-20 degrees Celsius.
Not only do they not want to replace the unit, the management proposed that I have to fill the wine chiller to 3/4 full And monitor? So I gotta risk the wines baking in 30 degrees Celsius if the solution doesn’t work? Not to mention I’ve got to head out to buy another 10 bottles to test out this theory?
Also, Isn’t the whole purpose of the wine chiller to regulate the temperature regardless of the content?
At $800 for a 30 bottle wine chiller, it is one of the more premium Ones on the market. Yet the quality and service is not anywhere near what you pay for.
