★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is conveniently located near to MRT station, about 10 minutes walk. Easily identified by the landmark building (Block 142) with a slanted roof and the message on the building WELCOME TO POTONG PASIR.
Centre operates 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and also extended operation hours to 9pm on every Tuesdays and Thursdays. The centre also operates on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
Staff are very friendly and approachable. Professional services e.g. counselling, and financial assistance are provided for citizens as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their vision and mission are just for show. The FSC officer is not helpful. Yesterday 20 June 2019, I called up, another lady, Evelyn said I could walk in to seek financial help. Today, I called and those people there said I can't and have to get back to Cynthia. Where is the SOP? One can, the other cannot. Terrible FSC.
