★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay in blk 432++Yishun Ave 1. About 5 years very nice and very comfortable next to the coffee shop and the shengsiong bus 860 and 807 7min to 10min go to mrt khatib and Yishun waiting for you to come to visit vista spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's location is 25mins bus journey away from Yishun bus interchange or MRT. It's bus stop only has 1 single bus service.
If choose to walk will be 3.5km away to Khatib MRT which will takes 25-30min.
Only advantage is 1 coffeeshop.. the only plus point :) update 01May... coffee shop closed down too.
No shopping center.
It's isolated from outside world.
Only has 1 grocery shop, Clinic and a Cakeshop that closed down and out of business.
2nd advantage is quiet surrounding and cheap HDB price compare to city area
