★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arm of specs broke not once but twice both times I just wore them normally lol, disappointed in the quality of the frame and its not say cheap. Spent close to $200. However, service provided is not bad. Both times they offered to change the arm of the specs at no extra cost, kudos to them, although quality of frames can definitely be improved. Also, do try to avoid peak period as they only put 1 staff on shift, unless you're willing to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is horrendous . Visit at your peril, especially so if you have issues with your purchase later on . Absolutely zero service recovery . Stay clear .
